Prince William County Schools announced yesterday that senior Kevin Martinez of Woodbridge Senior High School won first place at the local and state levels of the "Young American Creative Patriotic Art Contest" through the Historical Occoquan Veterans of Foreign Wars.
PWCS' announcement also said that Martinez is participating in the CFPA program at WSHS.
