Brush Fire Burns Two Acres

Fire was near Andrew Leitch Park.

 

From Prince William Fire Department: 

On Tuesday, April 3 at approximately 4 p.m., fire and rescue units were dispatched to a brush fire located in the vicinity of Mapledale Drive and Mahoney Drive in Woodbridge. 

Two acres burned. 

Five fire and rescue units required to control the fire. They are currently on the scene to ensure the fire is completely out.

No injuries are reported.

Technically the fire was much closer to Reagon Court.
