, owner Carlos Castro and his wife, celebrated its ribbon cutting ceremony this morning at its Jefferson Davis Highway location. Among the local polticians to celebrate the opening were Senators Toddy Puller (D-36) and Chuck Colgan (D-29), Delegates Luke Torian (D-52) and (R-51),  Supervisors Mike May (Occoquan), (Woodbridge) and Marty Nohe (Coles).
