Department of Fire and Rescue to Graduate 26 Recruits Friday
The 26 recruits have completed 24 weeks of training.
After 1,000 hours of training, one week of orientation, six weeks of Emergency Medical Technician Training, 14 weeks of FireTraining, and three weeks of Specialized Training, the Department of Fire and Rescue will graduate 26 recruits from the 2011-1 class.
A ceremony is scheduled to be held Friday at the A.J. Ferlazzo Building (15941 Donald Curtis Drive) at 10 a.m. Battalion Chief John Petrie will preside over the ceremony.
