A few is an understatement. My count based on the map it appears to be 29 Vacancies or so. My might could be wrong but that's an alarming amount especially with a "Grand Opening" here this weekend. This can be a bit disappointing as Roadside Development may very well settle with whatever vendor now approaches them.

I don't know. It's a tad bit disappointing. Only wish they were updates with who they are in negotiation with or potentially pursuing.

I would like to see 2 -4 more restaurants (Nando's, Sports Restaraunt, Noodle and Company, Chop It, Gordon beirsche Mcormick & Schmick's, Great American Restaraunt, etc.), something for the kids, a tech store (I.e Apple, Microsft Store, Samsung or something),

Wasn't there a plan for a big screen at the town center to display shows and movies for family nights? The fountain is a little small and disappointing also. Thought it was goingto be a big focus of the town center. One that kids can play around similar to Fairfax Corner.

Not sure if the Baseball Stadium is going to happen (I'm for it) an if it does happen, it can be utilize during winter for ice skating rink. If not, the town center needs to find a way to incorporate such space and design to allow this. Maybe near the fountain.

These are the little things that makes a difference.

I'm honestly disappointed in what I'm seeing this far. Had higher expectations for this center. Although its not finish so Roadside may be able to surprise me. To their credit, economy is tough and what they currently have in place is wayyyy better than anything that we ever had in Woodbridge.

Sorry for any typos. All done from my smart phone.
