Prince William County Elections 2011: Supervisor

Here are the candidates who have filed to run for the Board of County Supervisors.

 

 

Woodbridge District

Incumbent: Frank Principi (D) and here.

Challenger: Chris Royse

Brentsville District

Incumbent: Wally Covington (R)

Challenger: Jeanine Lawson (R)

Covington and Lawson will face off in an Aug. 23 primary to decide who will be the GOP's candidate.

Coles District

Incumbent: Marty Nohe (R)

Challenger: J. Robert Pugh Jr. (R)

Challenger: Anthony Arnold (D)

Nohe and Pugh will face off in an Aug. 23 primary for the GOP nomination. The winner will face Arnold in the Nov. 8 election.

Potomac District (formerly Dumfries District)

Incumbent: Maureen Caddigan (R)

Gainesville District (no incumbent)

Steve Botello (R)

Suzanne N. Miller (R)

Peter K. Candland (R)

Martha Hendley (R)

Michael J. High (R)

Ann B. Wheeler (D)

The five Republicans will face off in an Aug. 23 primary to determine who will challenge Wheeler for the position.

Occoquan District

Incumbent: Michael May (R)

Neabsco District

Incumbent: John Jenkins (D)
