Woodbridge Crime: Fight at Kleber's Restaurant

A Woodbridge man was charged for attempting to stab two people. The following information comes from the Prince William County police department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A 25-year-old Woodbridge man has been charged with two counts of attempted  malicious wounding.

Police responded to Kleber’s Restaurant at 13634 Jefferson Davis Highway for a disorderly call. A 30-year-old Woodbridge man told police that he was inside the restaurant when he got into a verbal altercation with two men, one being the accused.

Perok said the victim went outside where the accused followed and the altercation escalated. The accused allegedly displayed a knife and attempted to stab the victim.

“A friend of the victim, a 37-year-old Fredericksburg man, intervened in the altercation, at which point, the accused then attempted to stab him as well,” Perok said.

No injuries were reported and the accused was arrested without further incident.
