Jewelry By Design in Woodbridge had a ribbon cutting ceremony for its expansion.
Jewelry By Design celebrated the expansion of its store off of Prince William Parkway Tuesday afternoon with cake. The popular store has expanded its offerings to include a Pandora shop, appraisal and custom design services as well as an in-house repair salon.
