Woodbridge Man, Three Others Arrested in Government Scam

Washington Post reports that two Army Corps contracting officers were charged.

Two Army Corps contracting officers – from Alexandria and Woodbridge – were among four charged Tuesday for a contracting scam.

The Washington Post reports that Kerry F. Khan of Alexandria, and Michael A. Alexander of Woodbridge were "charged in the District’s federal court with conspiracy, bribery and unlawful kickback." Two other locals were also charged Tuesday. 

The District's Attorney is quoted as saying, “as alleged, this is one of the most brazen federal contracting scandals in our nation’s history.”
