This class meets every Tuesday and Thursday (and Friday, for a fee) at the Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center for gentle exercise in warm and shallow pool water to help relax stiffened joints and stregthen bones. A physician's release form and a $40 registration fee (or $60 fee with the Friday classes) are required to join this class.
