Learn some cupcake decorating techniques that are out of the ordinary, as you create cupcakes that look like plants, animals and other un-cupcake-like works of art! For children entering grades 1-5. Please pickup a free pass beginning at 1:30pm the day of the program. Limit 30. Funded by the Friends of Potomac Library.

Built on the Potomac Hospital grounds, the Potomac Community Library is one of many community libraries within the Prince William County regional system. The 18,000-square-foot library hosts children's programs as well as educational programs within their CyperSpace computer lab.
