Funeral Mix-Up, High School Chemical Spill, Puppy Oxygen Mask and Panda Gets a Name

Plus, murder trial rescheduled.

Family arrived to remember retired Col. Joseph Malvin "Mal" Chapman, who died Nov. 21, but found a different body in the casket, wearing Chapman's military uniform, according to a report from WJLA-TV.

"This just isn’t right. This should never, never happen. This is something you read in a fiction novel or see in a movie on TV,” Chapman's son, James McLain, told the TV station.
