Noise Advisory Issued for Residents Near Quantico
Training will make things noisier in the area this week.
Residents who live near the Marine Corps Base Quantico may be hearing more noise in the area.
The increase in noise is due to ground/aircraft training or range clearance operations through Dec. 20, according to a press release from the Marine Corps.
Demolitions are also scheduled from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday and from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday.
