Lee's of Leesylvania
Head out to Leesylvania State Park and learn about "Light Horse Harry" Lee, a Revolutionary War hero and Confederate General Robert E. Lee's father. There will be tours of the land of his birth, and make sure to stop by the museum and speak with the park staff about his accomplishments. There will also be performers who will showcase what life was like during colonial times with historic dress, displays, and traditions.
11:00am: Lecture on the Lee's of Leesylvania by Michael Cecere.
12:00pm: Book signing by Michael Cecere. His books are sold in the Visitor Center at the park.

1:00pm: Hands-on program on the Revolutionary War soldier's experience by Thomas Kuehhas.
2:00pm-4:00pm: Firing and marching demonstrations by First Virginia Regiment.
