Charming Charlie to Come to Potomac Town Center

Unique. Stylish. Colorful. Fun. Affordable. Coming soon. These words best describe Charming Charlie, a women's fashion boutique with locations in 27 different states, now being advertised to open at the Charming Charlie's marketing department declined to provide an exact date of the Woodbridge location grand opening, however, advertisements at the Town Center speculate Spring 2012.

The Charming Charlie line of fashion accessories includes earrings, necklaces, bracelets, scarves, handbags, belts, hats, gloves, and sandals, all in a variety of styles ranging from punk rocker to business professional. There are accessories for any occasion during every season, and in order to prevent sensory overload upon walking in one of the stores, Charming Charlie is arranged and merchandised by color.

Perhaps the most exciting thing about Charming Charlie is the cost.

"I don't think I've ever seen a $50 price tag," said one sales associate working at the location in Fair Oaks Mall.

The Charming Charlie corporate website touts that their prices range from $4.97-$49.97 and the website also expresses the importance the company places on creating a party atmosphere within their stores, which is clearly evident by the sparkling chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and the sounds of uptempo dance beats heard from outside the entrance. An interesting and fun feature on the website is the Charming Charlie color quiz, which tests your knowledge of less common colors to aide in the coordination of your fashion accessories from season to season.

Charming Charlie has just unveiled their spring 2011 line of Kentucky Derby hats which are available now, and the Charming Charlie blog suggests ways to dress for the Derby, whether you'll actually be at the race, or if you're simply throwing a party to honor the tradition.

Charming Charlie was founded in 2004, in Houston Texas, and recently won the International Council of Shopping Centers "Hot Retailer 2010" award.
