Gold's Gym to Open Woodbridge "Elite Training Center" in Mid-August

Gold’s Gym hopes to show Woodbridge residents “where music and fitness meet” with the opening of a new Elite Training Center in mid-August, the company announced Friday.

The 22,000-square-foot space will be located at 13957 Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge. The location will have a “high energy” and “social” feel, offering pole and belly dancing classes, live DJs, aerial yoga, “pound fit” drumming workouts, bubble soccer/football, MOi indoor cycling, Crossfit, mixed martial arts and more.

Jeremy and Lori Lowell are the largest Gold’s Gym franchisees in Northern Virginia with locations in Ashburn, Herndon, Fredericksburg, Lake Ridge, Lorton and Sterling. The pair also manages three locations in Wisconsin.

The Gold’s Gym enrollment center is already open and offering early sign up specials at 14041 Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge.

The center's hours of operations are as follows:

• Monday – Friday: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.,
• Saturday - Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
