Now I don't have to travel to Fredericksburg to Spotsylvania Town Center or Central Park for many of those stores. Its about time PWC caught up in the retail world and I am very pleased. Now if only we could just get a major dept store like Manassas has.

Terri, What major department store would you like to see there? Many department stores have outlets and some full retail stores just down the road at Potomac Mills.

I wish Macy's would've come on board to co-anchor the place with Wegmans. Also last evening they began stripping to repave/remark for the added turning lanes at Dale Blvd/Neabsco Mills road.

Thank God they are finally re-striping that intersection for the 2 turn lanes it was designed for! As for those hoping for another large anchor to join Stonebridge - the retail space is 90% leased. Our best bet for a Macy's would be to replace the F&M furniture at Potomac Mills Mall. F&M does a poor job "anchoring" because it draws no traffic down that hall, which is why they have trouble leasing space on that end.
