Update: (Aug. 27 8:41 p.m.) A resident reports two trees are down in the area of Lacrosse Court off of Cardinal Drive in Woodbridge.

Prince William County is under a flash flood warning until 11:30 p.m. as well as tropical storm warning.

As of 7 p.m., Dominion Power reports that over 750,000 customers are without power, 22,000 of which are in Northern Virginia. NOVEC reports that zero customers are without power in Prince William County. 

The National Weather Service said that new rainfall could amount to one to two inches overnight.

High winds are mixing with bands of rain in Woodbridge, but as we near 8 p.m. the storm will start to get to its peak. However, the storm could sit over Virginia for the next eight to 12 hours.

The county reports that a tree was reported down on power lines at Carroll Avenue in Woodbridge, and that a Dale City woman broke her leg when a tree fell on her.
