Rain, Flash Flood Watch Continue

New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

What may come as no surprise to most residents, we have yet another day of rain ahead of us. 

The rain is slated to continue until at least Sunday, said the National Weather Service. 

The NWS said that some of the showers and thunderstorms Thursday could produce heavy rain. A flash flood watch is in effect through late Thursday night, the NWS said closer to Interstate 95 "as little as a half-inch of rain could cause additional flooding."
