VRE Announces Woodbridge Parking Garage Work
Be careful of where you park your car in the next few weeks
Virginia Rail Express' Woodbridge station is not only , but there will be garage improvements as well.
In announcement today, VRE said:
VRE is replacing the Woodbridge Garage lighting with new LED fixtures. This is being done to reduce operating and maintenanc expenses while improving the overall lighting inside the garage. The project is expected to last until the end of September and will require blocking off one third of a floor of the garage. We decided to block of spaces so that workers can safely remove the old fixtures and install the new ones without damaging vehicles or impeding traffic flow.

The work will start on the third floor and work its way down to the first floor. Work on the access ramps will be performed over the weekend (Hint: don't leave your vehicle on a ramp over the weekend!)
