Last Chance: Register to Vote For the Virginia General Election

The deadline to register for the Nov. 5 elections is Oct. 15.

Still haven't registered to vote? Oct. 15 is your last chance to register to vote in the Nov. 5 Virginia General Election.

The Nov. 5 elections include the general election for Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, and the House of Delegates, and the special elections for the Woodbridge District School Board and an Occoquan Town Council seat.  

Check your voter registration or polling place online with the State Board of Elections. You can also register to vote or change your address by going online. The deadline to register or update your voting records is Oct. 15.

To register or update your voting records, visit the Office of Election or a local DMV office by 5 p.m. on Oct. 15, complete the State Board of Elections process by 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 15, or mail in the form with an Oct. 15 postmark.
