Habitat for Humanity Family Selection Orientation

We are pleased to inform you that we are continuing the process of family selection with two townhouses to rehab and sell to family partners. There are many families in our area who wish to partner with Habitat for Humanity therefore our first step in the family selection process will be an orientation session. This session will be a chance for you to ask us questions about the requirements to qualify for partnership with Habitat, as well as to pick up an application.

Several orientation sessions have been scheduled in upcoming months and you may choose the one that fits your schedule.

Directions to orientation locations are included with this letter along with a brochure on our Family Selection Criteria.  Please read over this brochure carefully to see if you qualify for our home ownership program. This orientation is for families who have lived in the Prince William County, Manassas or Manassas Park area for at least the past year and who plan to remain in this area. Attendance at one of the orientation sessions is mandatory in order to receive an application and to be considered for partnership. Please let us know which orientation you will attend by calling the office, sending an e-mail or returning the form at the bottom of this letter by mail or fax. Contact information is below. If you have already attended an orientation, have applied for a Habitat home and your application was denied or is in review, or if you are no longer interested, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and let us know so that we can remove you from our mailing list.
