The Salvation Army's Angel Tree program is coming to Potomac Mills Mall this holiday season and shoppers can pick a paper angel from the tree and give necessities and other gifts to children in need.
The program will run from Nov. 22 through Dec. 11 during mall hours. Potomac Mills is at 2700 Potomac Mills Circle in Woodbridge.
