William (Bill) Robert Sipes, 65 of Woodbridge, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family. Family and friends will be received at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Blvd, Dale City, on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. A life celebration service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, Dec. 30, 2013 at noon. Interment will follow at Quantico National Cemetery.

Capt. (Ret) Norman P. Ensrud, 88, of Woodbridge, and Poulsbo, Wash., died December 14, 2013. The family will receive friends Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at Miller Funeral Home, 3200 Golansky Blvd., Woodbridge.
