Thomas Espiritu Gillespie, 85, of Dale City, VA, passed away on May 4, 2014. Beloved husband of 63 years to Ada Jane Gillespie. Loving father of Charles Frank Gillespie, Robert Edward Gillespie (Lenora), Timothy Douglas Gillespie (Helene), and Richard Thomas Gillespie (Janet). Cherished grandfather of Charlotte, Justin, Kenneth, Drake, Cory, Heather, and David Gillespie. Great grandfather of Alexis Oliff, and Coraline Benson. Dear brother of Lydia Wendler and Gerald Gillespie.
The family will receive friends at the Potomac Crest Baptist Church, 15418 Cardinal Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22193 on Monday, May 12, 2014 from 6-8 PM where funeral services will be held Tuesday at . Interment with Military Honors will follow at Quantico National Cemetery at 1 PM.
