A service for friends and family will be held at at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Blvd, Dale City, on Saturday, Aug. 10, from 9 a.m. to noon and from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.. Interment will be at Divine Mercy Memorial Park in the Philippines at a later date.
