Trevor Austin Blake, 11, passed away Aug. 11 after battling cancer."Trevor has moved on to fulfill his mission of watching over all of us and all the children faced with this awful disease," his obituary read.
A service celebrating Trevor's life will be held Aug. 16 at 4 p.m. at the Hylton Memorial Chapel at 14640 Potomac Mills Road in Woodbridge.
Donations may be made to Trevor's charity, www.trevorstreasures.org.
"All contributions received will be split between Trevor’s Treasures, Growing Hope and Special Love," the obituary read. "These were two charities Trevor was an active part of."
