Illegal school bus parking in Lake Ridge

A  school bus is being parked overnite and weekends in Lake Ridge in violation of county parking regulations, but the PWC police say they can't ticket it because it's parked on a state, not, county, road. Anyone besides me want this by bus removed from Lake Ridge? You can see it parked nights and weekends at the corner of Seminole and Mohican Roads in Lake Ridge
