New Apple Store Review

My wife and I and our daughter and little granddaughter Zoe--stopped in at the brand new Apple Retail Store in Potomac Town Center in mid October; my wife was looking for a possible desk top computer. THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!!!! Blue shirted Apple staff were standing around everywhere--talking to each other as we waited and waited. A kindly female staff person approached us early on--> and had said that she would try to to break away one of the <Blue Shirts> from their musings; but we waited and waited--and finally gave up!! Hello to management! You are losing sales because of delinquent people!! Time to "crack the whip" and allow the staff that they are not just there to show off their pretty faces!!
