Sidewalks needed on Neabsco Road and on Dale Bvld. crossing the bridge

What is it going to take before the City and/or County understands the importance of making sidewalks for the waves of students, teens and young adults who need to travel on Neabcsco Road or across Dale Blvd. freeway pass in order to get to class or catch a bus? Even though there is construction presently, no temporary sidewalks exists for the pedestrians and bicyclists who must use this road.  When construction is complete, what is wrong with having a sidewalk on both sides of a busy road?  Here is where our tax dollars should be used for a valid and essential cause, saving students and other from death or great harm!
