Community Update

While their quality is usually fantastic (hence the reason for two stars), if there are any problems when materials print they ALWAYS blame you and charge you full price to re-print even if it's obvious their equipment malfunctioned (e.g. cutting machine leaving clamp marks, colors being improperly calibrated, etc). It's incredibly frustrating, and to top it off they've just now started selling our contact information to a bunch of marketing firms. We've been getting multiple calls per day from Internet marketing firms saying they got our information from Polaris. I am very disappointed and we won't be giving them any more business.
