Polaris Press has been printing books, booklets, newsletters, educational cards, and posters for me since 2007. The quality of their printing is fabulous. That's 6.5 years of fabulous printing.

True, they're not perfect. But every time I have had a problem with an order which was Polaris Press's mistake, they apologized, corrected the mistake, and ate the cost of reprinting the job.

I'm not perfect, either. And every time I have had a problem with an order that was my mistake (bad artwork, wrong file, whatever), Polaris Press was quick to reprint it with the correct artwork/file. Of course, I had to pay for it when it was my mistake.

Polaris Press has printed my quick-and-simple jobs as well as my wow-I-can't-believe-how-complicated-this-is jobs and the results are the same: good quality work and helpful customer service.

I make it a point to give them as many non-rush jobs as possible (e.g., I plan ahead, get my work done, and upload it to them in a timely manner so that they can put it on their schedule, order the paper, and have time to do maintenance on their machines when necessary. However, the times that I have HAD to have something truly rushed, Polaris Press has risen to the challenge. (Don't call "wolf" too many times on this, though - that's never wise!)

In 2007 when I needed a digital printer, I looked into several companies. Polaris Press by far had the best customer service and welcomed me and my complicated jobs and gave me reasonable prices.

If you need a good printer in the Woodbridge area, you should definitely consider Polaris Press.
