Police Chief Steve Hudson is pleased to announce the following promotions of sworn staff:
  • Captain Kevin L. Hughart to Major,
  • Lieutenant Philip J. Cecere Jr. to Captain,
  • Lieutenant Scott A. Vago to Captain,
  • First Sergeant Thomas J. Garrity to Lieutenant,
  • First Sergeant Shawn M. Peak to Lieutenant,
  • First Sergeant Camille A. VanAntwerp to Lieutenant,
  • Sergeant David J. Bassett to First Sergeant,
  • Sergeant Karl K. Williams to First Sergeant,
  • Officer Gert I. Pedersen to Sergeant, and
  • Officer Joseph M. Westerman to Sergeant. 

Chief Hudson is also pleased to announce the following civilian promotions:

  • Crime Analyst Dawn L. Locke-Trillhaase to Crime Analyst Supervisor,
  • Licensing Unit Technician Megan O’Neill to Crime Analyst, and
  • Administrative Support Assistant II Andrea L. O’Donnell to Administrative Support Coordinator I.
