Surveillance video image may help identify suspect, according to Prince William County Police.

A Woodbridge Exxon was robbed late Thursday, but Prince William County Police hopes that clear surveillance images will help identify suspect.

At 10:55 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to the Exxon at 13505 Minnieville Road.

"An employee reported to police that an unknown man entered the store and approached the counter," according to police spokesperson Officer Jonathan Perok. "The man then displayed a handgun and demanded money."

The suspect fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No injuries were reported.

Police describe the suspect as a white male between 23 and 27 years old. He is 5’11”-6’0”, 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a gray long sleeve shirt, blue jeans, black skull cap and a black bandana over his face.
