Body Identified in Discovery Off Interstate 95 Over the Weekend
Virginia State Police release name, medical examiner's finding.
The body of a man found under an interstate exit ramp Sunday morning has been identified as a resident of a nearby homeless camp.
Wuerlen Herrson Garoz Lopez, 35, was found under the Exit 156 ramp on Interstate 95 shortly after 8 a.m. Sunday, according to the Virginia State Police.

"Further investigation by Virginia State Police, with the assistance of the Prince William County Police Department and the Office of the Medical Examiner, have confirmed that there was no foul play involved," according to state police spokesperson Corinne Geller.
