Police: Cocaine Bust at Dumfries Econo Lodge

Detectives from the Prince William-Manassas-Manassas Park Narcotics Task force found cocaine, a gun and other evidence of distribution at a motel room, according to Prince William County Police.

Prince William County Police charged two Dumfries men after they found cocaine and evidence of distribution at their motel room, according to police spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok. 

Donald Youngblood, 47, of Cusack Lane, and Keith McDonald, 50, of Deweys Run Lane, now face numerous drug charges. 

On Monday at 4:24 p.m., police responded to the Econo Lodge on Dumfries Road in Dumfries, after a caller reported that two men were selling illegal drugs from a room inside the motel. Detectives from the Prince William-Manassas-Manassas Park Narcotics Task force found cocaine, a gun, cash and other evidence of distribution in the room.

Police made the arrests without incident. Youngblood is charged with four counts of possession with intent to distribute a schedule I or II narcotic, possession of a schedule I or II narcotic, possession of a firearm with narcotics and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. McDonald is charged with possession of a schedule I or II narcotic, possession of a firearm with narcotics and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. 

Both are held without bond pending their court date.
