Fugitive of the Week Wanted for Strangulation, Domestic Assault

Warrants issued in Jan. 17 case, but suspect has not been located, according to Prince William County Police.

Prince William County Police officials are asking for help in tracking down a wanted fugitive. 

Philip Randle Williams, 24, is wanted on charges of strangulation and domestic assault and battery.

He's described as a black male, 5’10”, 170lbs with a medium build, light complexion, short black hair, brown eyes, and a beard. His last known address was in the 18200 block of Graham Ct in Triangle.

According to police, Williams is accused of strangling a 22-year-old Triangle woman during an argument on Jan. 17.

Anyone with information relating to the whereabouts of this week’s fugitive is urged to call Crime Solvers at 703-670-3700 or 1-866-411-TIPS. You don’t have to give your name, just the information. You could earn up to a $1,000 cash reward.
