Game Stop Door Shattered, Gaming Console Stolen From Woodbridge Home

Game Stop Burglarized

The glass door of the Game Stop at 14070 Shoppers Best Way in Woodbridge was shattered during a burglary, according to Prince William County Police.

Police responded to the Game Stop on Nov. 15 at 3:46 a.m. for an alarm.

"Officers arrived and discovered the front glass door was broken out. Officers checked the business and did not locate a suspect(s) and a police K-9 were used in the search. Seven sets of the headphones, total value around $1,400, were reported missing," Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said in a release.

A Woodbridge homeowner in the 14200 block of Mapledale Avenue reported the loss of gaming equipment on Nov. 14. Police responded to the residence at 4:44 p.m. that day. 

"The homeowner reported to police that the burglary occurred between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m.," Perok said. "Entry was made into the residence through a rear door which was forced open. A gaming console with games, a camera and lens, total value around $1,500, were reported missing."
