Larceny at Church, Vandalism at School Prompt Crime Solvers Alert

Anyone with information in these two crimes could be rewarded for giving police important information

School isn't back in session yet but a few of the area schools and churches have been vandalized and stolen from in the past few weeks.

Police reported that nearly $300 worth of damage was done to property on the campus of Neabsco Elementary School between 1 a.m. on Aug. 12 and just after midnight on Aug. 13. School security told police that damage amounted to spray paint on a classroom wall, two trailers, a storage container and four telephone boxes.

Two computers were stolen from the library on Aug. 5 and Aug. 9. Computers were valued around $1,100 total.
