A 19-year-old man was stabbed in Woodbridge Thursday, according to police.
The incident was reported at 11:48 p.m. at an unknown address in Woodbridge, the Prince William County Police Department reports.
The victim told police that he and two friends had arranged to meet another acquaintance. The acquaintance arrived with another man.

In the encounter, the victim was stabbed in the upper body, police report. The victim’s friends drove him to an area hospital where police were called. The victim, who lives in Haymarket, had injuries that were described as non-life threatening.
Authorities are continuing to investigate.
