Man Assaulted, Robbed in Dumfries
An unknown man stole an undisclosed amount of cash before he fled on foot.
Prince William County Police were unable to find the suspect who assaulted and robbed a Dumfries man Friday.
The 42-year-old victim was walking on the 2400 block of Kilpatrick Place in Dumfries at 8:55 p.m., when an unknown person approached him. The subject assaulted the man and then fled on foot.
The victim reported minor injuries and was unable to provide police with a description of the assailant.
