Man Sentenced For Giving Minor Heroin, Filming Her in Sexual Activity

The Silver Spring man has been sentenced to more than 12 years after he gave a minor narcotics in Woodbridge in exchange for sexual acts.

A Silver Spring man was sentenced to 150 months, or 12 and a half years, in prison after he pled guilty to giving heroin and oxycodone to several young women, including a minor, according to an FBI release.

Robert Chin, 66, gave heroin to the minor in exchange for sex acts, including filming her in sexual activity with three adults. 

"On one occasion in 2008, Chin rented a hotel room in Woodbridge, Va., and provided the minor with heroin. He then attempted to have sexual intercourse with her," the release stated. "On another occasion in June 2012, Chin rented a hotel room in Woodbridge, Virginia, where he provided heroin and oxycodone to the same minor. After providing the minor with narcotics, Chin filmed her as she engaged in sexual activity with three adults."
