Motorist Robbed at Gunpoint at Dale City Intersection

Incident during early-morning hours on Tuesday, according to Prince William County Police.

A driver was robbed while stopped at a Dale City intersection on Tuesday morning, according to the Prince William County Police. 

Before 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, the victim, 26, of Lorton, was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Minniveille Road and Dale Boulevard when two men approached his car.

"During the encounter, the men displayed a handgun and demanded money," according to a PWCPD release. "The victim was relieved of his wallet and an undisclosed amount of US Currency before the men fled from the area on foot."

Police say the first suspect was described as a black men, between 25 and 30 years old, 5’8”, 210lbs with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and black pants. The other suspect was described as a black male wearing a white T-shirt and black pants.
