Prince William County police have arrested Timothy Craig Freeland in conjunction with a shooting of a 40-year-old man in a
Freeland is charged with aggravated malicious wounding, use of a firearm in commission of a felon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. The victim of the shooting is expected to survive, police said.
Freeland, 53, is a Woodbridge resident.
