Police Blotter: Grand Larceny at Woodbridge Car Dealership

Similar to other car thefts, the tires and rims were removed.

Employees at the Pontiac dealership at 14530 Jefferson Davis Highway told police that six Yukon Denalis had been tampered with overnight.

Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said three of the vehicles which were tampered with had all four tires and rims removed, while the other remaining three had the front passenger side window broken out. Total property reported stolen and damage was estimated around $12,600. 

The theft could have occurred sometime between  9 p.m. on April 26 and 6:45 a.m. on April 27, police said.

Police also said that the investigation,"revealed that the suspects possibly used a white Ford E250 van which had been reported stolen from the 14800 block of Winding Loop during the overnight hours."

Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling
A homeowner in the 3800 block of Fairhope Rd told police that she found a BB pellet hole in the front window panel of her house. It could have happened any time between April 4 or 27, said the homeowner. There were no injuries and the pellet did not penetrate the house.
