"The victim, a 24-year-old man of Woodbridge, reported to police that the accused, a known acquaintance, entered his residence uninvited and proceeded to assault him," Perok said. "The altercation continued outside of the residence where another occupant was able to separate the two parties. The accused fled the area on foot prior to police arrival. The altercation appeared to have stemmed from a previous encounter between the two men."

The victim reported minor injuries. After an investigation, a warrant was issued for Brown's arrest.
