Police ID Second Suspect in Armed Robbery

The suspect frequents the Williamstown area of Dumfries, Prince William County Police said.

Prince William County Police have identified a second suspect in a July 27 robbery on Bay Vista Drive in the Woodbridge area. 

James Jefferson Marshall III, 25, of no fixed address, is wanted on two counts of robbery and two counts of using a firearm in commission of a felony. Daniel Christopher Shannon, 22, of no fixed address, remains wanted on the same charges.

Detectives from the Robbery Unit identified the two men as suspects in a robbery that took place on the 14100 block of Bay Vista Drive. A 21-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man told police that two men had approached them and stole their cell phones and electronic tablet. One of the men, who police have identified as Shannon, was armed. 

Detectives believe that Shannon resides at an unknown address in Washington D.C. and are continuing the search for him. Marshall is known to frequent the Williamstown area of Dumfries, according to police.
