Ladies and Gentlemen, please be aware of your surroundings and avoid poorly lit and secluded areas, especially at night. Times are worsening, be smart and vigilant. Thank you goes out to the good police work.

I am not kidding. I swear I think this is the same guy that gave me the creeps at the library!! A few months ago, I was there studying for an exam. A guy just keep standing around me and I could feel him staring at me. When I would turn to look, he would look away and walk away...but a few minutes, he would be there staring at me. I came so close to reporting him, but was worried I was making it all up in my head. He just gave me the deep down creeps. Wow, I will listen to my gut from now on, I'll tell you that.
