Police: Man Exposes Himself to Children in Payless

The suspect was not located, Prince William County Police said.

Police are looking for a man who reportedly exposed himself to young children in the Payless ShoeSource at 13961 Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge on April 20, Prince William County Police spokesperson Jonathan Perok said. 

Police responded to the shoe store at 6:51 p.m. for the report of an indecent exposure. The caller told police that her young children were inside the store when they encountered a man they didn't know.

"The man reportedly exposed himself to the children before leaving the area," Perok said. "The man did not say anything to the children and never attempted to grab them. Officers checked the area but did not locate the suspect."

Police are looking for a black man of a medium build with gray hair. He was described as wearing a black hat, black shirt, black and grey pajama pants, and burgundy flip flops.
