Police: Man in Sedan Displayed Gun

The victim reported that she heard a loud popping noise, and she thought that the gun was fired toward her.

A Woodbridge woman recently reported to police that a man in a car showed a gun and she believed he fired it in her direction. 

The 45-year-old victim reported to Prince William County Police that she was trying to make a U-turn near the Prince William Parkway and York Drive when a black sedan pulled up next to her vehicle. The woman said that the driver showed a handgun, and she heard a loud popping noise. She thought the driver had fired the gun before he fled the area.

The vehicle was not struck and the woman did not report any injuries.
